Once ServiceMaster Catastrophe receives a call from a potential client, we will immediately dispatch our site assessment professionals. We will meet with the customer to identify needs, priorities and timeframes. Based on our knowledge and experience as a general contractor we will then design a restoration program to fit the individual situation. With each assessment the insured, as well as the insurance company, will receive a scope of work for the damages. We produce our estimates using the same or familiar software packages as most of the insurance companies. With some insurance companies, estimates and photos are sent and received directly online.
Our ability to offer several trades in one company makes is it easier for the insurance company, as well as the insured. Our customers need only one phone number to contact everyone working on the claim. Field supervisors are assigned to each individual project to closely monitor the progression and take care of any questions that may arise on the job. There are no hassles in scheduling crews for different jobs. We take great care when scheduling projects in an effort to limit the amount of time that a customers home or business is in disarray.
