Emergency Pre-Cleaning

This is the cleaning that must be performed within 12-24 hours after the loss occurs in order to keep a particular item from sustaining further damage. ServiceMaster Catastrophe personnel are experts in pre-cleaning and have the understanding of chemical combinations that are best suited to salvage both content and structural items. This not only saves the insurance company money, it lays the groundwork for a satisfied customer in the end.

Content Cleaning & Pack-outs

We use ServiceMaster engineered chemicals and equipment to clean and restore the homeowners valuables. Contents that we are unable to clean at the site will be packed up and transported to our facility for further cleaning and secure storage.

Structure Cleaning & Deodorization

Smoke and soot damage to a home or business can play a major role in the aftermath of a fire. ServiceMaster Catastrophe has a highly successful rate of odor and stain removal. We pride ourselves in removing the odor rather than masking it.

Carpet & Upholstery

Laundry

ServiceMaster Catastrophe also provides laundry and dry cleaning services to our customers with damaged articles from an insurance loss. While the property is being restored, the laundry will be dry cleaned or laundered, itemized, inventoried and stored in a climate/humidity-controlled environment. When the cleaning and restoration are complete, the cleaned articles are then returned to the insured at their convenience. Examples of items we can effective restore are: draperies, bedding sets, clothing, shoes, handbags, furs, leather and even plush toys.
